James Stirling

Biography

As a qualified Personal Trainer with a Bsc in Sport Science, James prides himself as an industry specialist in health and fitness. Having worked for a professional London Football club for 3 years, James decided to launch his 'London Fitness Guy' brand to help others achieve their fitness goals and potentials. He was recruited as the Personal Trainer for the 'X Factor' in 2016 to train and prepare the finalists for the live shows, and now works with with a variety of clients including celebrities and models to support them in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.


James is a specialist in fat loss and muscle gain and has helped his clients prepare for a range of goals from sport/fitness events to international modelling jobs. James' experience has allowed him to educate and inspire others through seminars, workshops and events.


He is an Ambassador for Fitbit UK and has worked with magazines and brands such as Women's Health, Men's Health, NOW Magazine, Maximuscle and FS Magazine. James is an instructor for both Cycle/Spin and HIIT training and enjoys participating in both strength and endurance events, most recently completing the Paris Half Marathon. In addition to Personal Training,


James become a fellow of the 'Winston Churchill Foundation' in 2017 having completed a study to support the UK in getting more people active. James' approach to health and fitness recognises the importance of eating healthily and training hard but also enjoying the finer things in life.
