Isabelle Wagstaff

Biography

Isabelle is passionate about fitness, wellness and nutrition.

Having modelled for several years she recognised a need for a healthy attitude towards body image and food. She believes that focusing on calories, weight and measurements is detrimental to our mental health and instead adopts a mindful approach to fitness and food that encourages mental and physical wellbeing.

Now Isabelle uses a method that she has created to help others feel free and empowered to love their bodies rather than punish them.

Rather than a focus on exercise and diet to create an ‘ideal’ aesthetic, Isabelle believes that fitness should be fun and functional and food should be healthy, natural and nourishing.

As a vegetarian she enjoys creating exciting new recipes and has recently been experimenting with plant-based meals. Her love for animals and the environment, coupled with her passion for food has encouraged her to seek out meat-free alternatives with an emphasis on ethics and sustainability that she likes to share with her social following.

Prior to this Isabelle graduated with a degree in English Literature at the University of Sheffield. She continues to work as an international model appearing in advert campaigns for L’Oréal, Nivea, Dunhill and Uniqlo and has had multiple Women’s fitness covers.
