Biography


Natacha’s philosophy is to embrace movement in every sense of the word and to encourage others to find and listen to what makes them happy, both in training and in life. Across her YouTube and Instagram accounts, she focuses on training for health, happiness and longevity, rather than for appearances.  


Her sporting background started with swimming and trampolining before she transitioned into athletics, in which she competed at national level before switching to ultra-endurance events and finished 2nd in her first International Ironman competition. With a huge respect for movement across all disciplines and sports, Natacha’s current training incorporates complementary elements from styles including athletics, calisthenics, free-style running and weight lifting to keep her pushing her boundaries. 


Natacha’s scientific background in Biophysics and Chemistry at research level helps her create research-based content for her growing YouTube audience. Her ambitions are to translate these findings, which are often complex or communicated unsuitably to engage and enable the general public, into understandable principles and ideas to promote healthy and effective habits in as many people as possible.
