Stephanie’s motto is ‘Why settle for average when you can be Nutty?!’ Stephanie works as a full time Graphic Designer juggling a 9-6 with regular weight training, vlogging, attending food & fitness events, and creating unique content to ultimately inspire people to become the best version of themselves. Through Youtube, Stephanie’s goal is to influence the masses to be courageous, chase their goals and live life to the absolute fullest. Having not come from a sporting background, Stephanie is a firm believer in a strong mindset being the driving force in her ability to take on intimidating challenges. Just recently she ran the distance of 3 full Marathons within the space of 3 weeks without prior training. 

Through her food & fitness Instagram account, Stephanie has helped the recovery of many with eating disorders. Being a passionate foodie, she believes in true food balance and encourages food to be viewed as fuel & to look beyond numbers and scales when it comes to fitness. Her recipe specialities lie in pancake stacking, mugcakes and all things peanut butter.
