Lorena was born in London, of Spanish and Colombian descent. Lorena showed an interest in sports from a young age and joined her local Swimming and Tennis team as well as her school athletics team. By the age of 14 she was competing in one of the top swimming teams in the country and won numerous competitions.
Lorena’s mother a Flamenco dance teacher and former Ballet dancer encouraged her pursue musical theatre where she trained in Ballet, Tap and Jazz. Alongside her sports and dance she went on to attend the prestigious Anna Scher Theatre school. It was at this school she developed her passion for performance and soon after landed her first guest lead role in an episode of “The Pod”.
Following her acting, she started getting picked up for Commercials which is where she began modelling for brands such as United Colours of Benetton and Next.
A big martial arts enthusiast she practices Muay Thai and kick boxing and is a group exercise teacher for Les Mills teaching mixed martial arts workout “Body Combat”.
