Biography


Jenna is a nutritionist registered with The Association For Nutrition. She has a masters and a first class

honours degree in nutrition. Jenna works with individual clients at her two clinics in Marylebone and

at The Grove Hotel. She is also a nutrition consultant to a variety of brands, restaurants and to the

media. Jenna has been interviewed on ITV news and writes regularly for Women’s Health, Healthy

magazine, Harper’s Bazaar, The Daily Express, Cosmopolitan magazine and many others.


Jenna is a confident public speaker and has experience of speaking at a range of corporate wellness

events as well as wellbeing events including at Soho House, The Grove Hotel, spas and The National

Wedding Show.


After changing her own diet at the age of 16 Jenna became fascinated by the way in which food can

influence the mind and the body. Jenna is particularly passionate about using nutrition to manage

stress and anxiety, improving energy levels and performance in the work place and ensuring that a

clients love of food is never lost. As an avid foodie Jenna uses social media to show people that eating

healthily doesn’t have to be boring and to inspire others to take control of their health.


In her spare time Jenna enjoys developing new and healthy innovative recipes as well as trying out a

variety of fitness classes in and around London.
