We are looking for individuals that live on social media platforms especially Instagram, TikTok & YouTube and can identify the next big talents that deserve representation to monetise their unique personalities and presenting abilities.

We will only consider individuals that are currently working within the same role at a well established agency and have at least a year's experience.  

We offer a good starting salary, 20 days holiday + 5 shutdown days at Xmas. Workplace pension after 3 month probation.

W Model Management operate a hybrid working pattern - 2/3 days in Shoreditch office and other day(s) at home. You will also be eligible for a club membership - Soho House, Shoreditch House, The Curtain etc. 

You could be either a well known established name in your field or a graduate from a reputable college - Central St Martins, for example. You will have access to a large number of amazing models and talent and a fully kitted studio at your disposal. 

Please note that our paid positions have been filled, but we still have a few unpaid voluntary positions available. These are typically 1 or 2 days per week  over a 4-8 week duration. Successful candidates must be super-talented and reliable. There may be opportunities for editorial submissions and commercial assignments with our clients and to collaborate on agency owned projects.
